i’ve gotten way better at controlling my anxiety, figured out things that helps distract me but ever since high school has ended i cant seem to control it as well as before. idk.. I love my life so much i just hate the way i feel everyday. it’s so confusing. I don’t want to get on meds for my anxiety, i’ve thought about it but i want to control it on my own. i don’t want to suffer from anxiety or live my whole life worrying all the time. I used to be so happy and carefree last summer, now i guess i’m spending this one at home on my bed all day.
