Dreams of the past

Had a couple of dreams relating to a very past relationship I had, which my friend had been talking about yesterday with other things in general, i woke up feeling strange and a little anxious and a bit sick. I’ve had odd dreams and things like it in the past but it didn’t used to affect me then but the memory in the dream did this morning. Nothing bad had happened to me in the relationship just emotional stuff, can dreams sometimes make you feel like this with anxiety?

I can wake up from a dream feeling anxious.

My dreams come in spates.

Oh right, it’s a weird feeling like a bit spacey and uptight, as the day goes on and I do things I expect it will go.
