Im at my wits end ,been having palpitations ,dizziness etc for around 3 weeks now .Been to docs twice & they said its all the the stress /anxiety of losing my dad around 6 weeks ago .I keep googling thinking somethings wrong with my heart ! Also started coughing with them now too .Im on beta blockers which i think has helped a little .Anyone else get these symptoms ??

Yes I did have but have been on antidepressants for a couple of years and am fine now. They are not an easy fix however as can have side effects and you usually feel worse for a few weeks or even a month or two before you feel better. It is not likely to be your heart, it is a classic anxiety symptom.

I hope you feel better soon, it will take time.

Try to excercise and keep busy also and try not to be worried by the symptoms, they are just anxiety and cannot hurt you.
