Ikea trip 😐

Won’t be going to Ikea any time soon had to get out of their maze earlier, went with another friend and she was looking at so much I started to feel very closed on there so left her looking and made for the exit. It’s somewhere different, but wasn’t familiar so I kind of got some anxiety .

Glad I’m on the way home now

Laniben, I've never been to Ikea myself but my daughter went and did say

it was like a maze and sooo extremely tiring. Doesn't sound like my kind of store

either. It's too much stimulation for our brain to take in when being in a box store

that is like a warehouse with high ceilings and too much to look at.

Let us know when you are home and just take time to breathe and relax.

Gee you went from one small room to a huge space. I give you credit my dear.

It never used to bother me, but there are no windows when you’re walking through this ‘maze’ of departments that was the problem today. I stayed round my friends house and we sat in Her garden for a long while that was much better x

I feel like that in IKEA sometimes I’m half way through the store and I suddenly get panicky and want out of the place ASAP, just good old anxiety. Hope your ok now
