I am definitely going to London to the conference on HA on the 6th and 7th of November. If anyone from London is free on the 6th I'd love to meet them for a coffee

Wish I was going to London. I love it there. Lived there for 22 years and now live in Torquay. I miss it so much sometimes. Have a good time anyway.

I go there 2 or 3 times a year. You must love living by the sea. Thanks for replying

What conference is this Holly50? I would like to meet people, though not always up for it.

The person who does CBT had asked me to answer questions about health anxiety, so if you have got any ideas let me know

Where about in London Holly?

I am coming down the day before and my hotel is near Turnham Green. I get into St. Pancras at about 1320 and for the first day I am just wandering around London. That will be the November 6th. On the 7th I think it is near Holborn and I will be busy up to teatime. My train leaves at 2030hrs. Nice to talk to you

Or a bus trip to Blackpool. All we need is a "kiss me quick hat". Take care. Hope I can bring back something
