Still feeling weak from this morning but I wanted to get a pasty from Greg’s in the next town only 10 mins down the road on the bus as that’s the nearest Greg’s to me. I can’t stay indoors, I’ll just feel sorry for myself and I don’t want to do that. So dinner tonight will be pasty mash potato
And broccoli. I’m nearly there, I feel shaky on and off, and it’s flipping hot on this bus!
Its horribly humid in Bristol, we need a storm to clear the air.

Just seen your message. I did a meditation last night and fell asleep halfway through it, then settled down in bed around half 9-10 and not long woken up,
it’s cloudy and wet outside today so don’t know what to do later. Thanks for asking Tony
The storms have arrived here in Scotland! I hate heat and humidity - it always makes my anxiety much worse (It's a medically recognised thing)! You're doing great, though - and hope you enjoy your dinner. Hugs!❤❤❤
Thank you Meredyn ❤️ got a bit anxious on the way home and when i got off the bus the muscles in my chest and back were tight and tense which usually happens because im trying to keep it under control i suppose. Oh heck we might get them tomorrow then. Heat never used to bother me at all until i had this anxiety, now i cant deal with it very much and yes especially the humidity
