40mg propanalol!! 🙄

I went to take my dose of propanalol today at at around 2-3pm and can’t remember if I actually took it so I left it until about 7.30pm to take another one. If I did take one at 2 would it do me any harm to have taken another one at 7.30? It says on the box one as needed up to three times a day but I worry not leaving enough time in between doses would cause an over dose!?

Scared about this so insight would be helpful as can’t find an answer online!😰

hi if you cant remember I think its better to miss out just once.thats what ive been told before.

Yeah I left it 4/5 hours so that even if I was doubling up there was space in between. Just wanted to check that was enough time to leave between each one

When in doubt on something like this call your local pharmacist. They would be the best resource for you.

Not telling you what to do but can go from my own experiences.

Ive taken 2 40mg 20 minutes apart during a panic attack and have a friend that has done the same.

I can't see it being an issue unless you are already over your prescribed dose.

Thanks for the help! I woke up today which was 12 hours after taken the second one and I’m still alive so I think I’m alright!😁
