Anxiety??
First you need to be checked by a good medical professional. If they say you're all clear physically, you may be having anxiety issues.
Ah we ask ourselves this all the time. It’s a hard question to answer.
It's a tough question, but the best answer I've received is this: know your risk factors for whatever you're fearing. If you go to a doctor and get a thumbs up, you're likely looking good. If you have things to work on, work on them. If your doctor mentions watching specific things, do a little homework and see how you fit in for the risk factors....and work on eliminating the risk. I find most of the time I don't even fit the risk factors, so it boils down to anxiety.
In my instance, it's heart issues. I don't have any reason to think I have any. Anxiety and heart issues have a lot of the same symptoms. I input my information and saw I don't necessarily fit the the risk factors. Like Jay mentions...get checked. Make sure you make those appointments and get to them. Consistent visits allow both you and the doctor to see how your body is doing versus certain points previously. If you really want to see how confusing anxiety can be, look at all the symptoms...there is a long list. If you aren't seeing hundreds, this isn't the list. Our anxiety is our entire body's reaction to stimuli, so each of us have our ways to react. So it's very common to mistake anxiety for a health issue. The best disclaimer I have is...if you're ever in doubt, go see a doctor when possible.

It’s different for everyone bc your body and mind are unique.
The awful honest answer is you can’t tell the difference until you go and see your doctor to start a ruling out process.
Most stress and anxiety requires medical assurance in its elf as well so going to see your doctor won’t hurt but the key point is to accept his first diagnoses or answer and then leave it at that and accept it’s either just stress and or anxiety as worrying that the Doctor May have missed something is the point where it spirals out of control.
I’m sure most people on here will agree with my statement and once your in the cycle it’s hard to get out of it.
