Am i gonna have a heart attack

I am 25 and have been suffering from mental illnesses for several years.Now i am really concerned about my heart as i am having rapid heart beat,shortness of breathe accompanying chest tightness every single day.I am getting angry easily with minor things and feels like my heart pounding hard and blood hitting hard on head..After taking a clonazepam it lessens a little....I think my life is most probably end within few years if it goes along this way.

Someone help me out understand how to cope with it,as it really been a pain to my ass.Every day i woke up with a anxiety and fear of getting hit by that demon,and spends the whole day like a zombie living within the human community....

Human-birth is totally a waste for mine.

There is always a reason for heart disease. For example do you have any current heart issues? Have you been diagnosed with anything? Do you have any other medical issues which could impact it? Are you in your 40's or older and very unfit or overweight or a long term smoker? If not then there is no reason you would have it.

Your best best is to see your doctor and ask them to run some tests. I will say that anxiety can have just the effects you describe so it is probably that. x

YouTube health anxiety and look for videos of Trey Jones. These videos helped me a lot to understand anxiety and he also talks about the chest symptoms. This helped for me, so I hope for you as well.
