I am 25 and have been suffering from severe depression, anxiety and panic attacks for 3 years and in medication for last two years, now taking Escitalopram and clonazepam(SOS).I can't study more than 30 mintute and can't have stressful thought such as solving math, because it would eventually leaves me with severe pressure on brain, chest pressure and shortness of breathe for several hours. Now even i can't exercise a little, after some exercising i feel shortness of breathe, wheezing, chest discomfort, bloating of belly.I am really freaked out as i think may be my heart will eventually answer if it really go along this way..Most of all my Psychiatrist seems not to giving any thought, only told me to do exercise..should i worry about my heart?

Someone help me out please,it would be of great help.I don't know what to do even my family members are mocking me.

Someone give some suggestions of what to do..it will be a lot of help to me
