Been out today ......twice

My daughter and grandsons came over and we went to the park, wasnt too bad, we came back and walked up to get the boys sausage and chips and they went home after. I didn’t want to stay in so I got on a bus and went to the next town about 15 mins down the road, bought some jeans and came home and had my dinner, had a couple of moments but it wore off, feel a little uptight at the moment but a short walk round to the corner shop and a chamomile tea later might help.
