Dogs not well she bin off her food

I presume you have taken your dog to the vets and what do they say? It might be something which is easily treatable. x

hi dogs tend to go off dog food every so often.does your dog eat grass by any chance.my dog goes off her food as well the vet told us regular dog food was bloating her tummy and she was to eat chicken with rice or fish and veg foods to see how that worked and some medication.she was fine after that.best to be assured and take her to the vets.

jollies pet supplies uk based company and sell food that is far more healthier but a little dearer.

I too was stressed the other day because my elder dog went off her food. She has been to the Vet. & has the start of renal disease so I was worried this is it, as she will not eat the prescription food. I looked through some old dog books my mother had & found a recipe to make renal food.

I know making your own dog food for special conditions is somewhat frowned on where I live. I figured what have I to lose at this point? She practically inhaled the meal. I mixed some of the broth (make without onions, salt) with her prescription food & she eats it that way too.

It remains to be seen how long she will enjoy my home cooking. Good luck with your animal. The Vet. is a good starting point to figure things out.

Can anyone help me I'm at my wits end my dog not bin well and last night she had lose STOL with blood in she not had anything two eat and I can't afford two pay for a vet two see her don't know what two do need help asap

In the UK we have RSPCA or other charity vets where you do not have to pay if you can't afford it.

It is so upsetting when you pet us ill so I understand how you feel.
