Hi. I don’t really know where to start apart from saying that everything is a mess. I feel like every day is impending doom and I can’t catch my breath. I’m a loud fun kinda person and now I can’t find the strength to deal with things, everything is a worry.

New, worried and alone
KFIZDIZ I am totally with you. I was the life of the party until I had shingles at 36 that was 9 years ago and it has gone downhill from there. I recovered but it started me in the path to panic attacks and anxiety disorder. Good days are the ones that are bearable bad days are the can't get out of bed or self care. It gets better I meditate alot and listen to Claire Weeks and the Anxiety Guy on youtube. I have read their books but I like listening to Claire she is great I listen to the 1:19 one both the spoken and the spoken with background music both same time length when I just cant calm down after trying for 20 minutes or so. Good luck I know as long as you try you can beat this!! Gentle hugs and better days!!

Welcome, First are you in counseling? I feel the way you do always feeling that something's going to go wrong? I have daily pressure in my stomach. I retired early from my job because of my anxiety that's been over 2 years ago. I got a new job starting next week? I'm nervous, at least it's only part-time, the other job required sometimes 12hr/7 day work weeks as a machine operator in a building that in the summer could be sometimes 110 degree Heat no AC only fans. If it hadn't been for that I think I could have stayed longer. Well look into counseling, and keep changing doctors if you get dissapointed in one.
