Isnt it just. Thats why i stopped having caffeine, don touch the stuff anymore. I never used to drink coffee anyway so i dont miss it, but if i want a normal cup of tea I’ll buy decaf teabags now
Oh boy. I don't want to think about giving up coffee. Whaaaa! I have cut down some. I will drink de-caff.....have to think long and hard about this as caffeine could be affecting me more as I am getting older.
it is, stay away from caffeine. Try decaf is better!
Oh wow! I used to have an earl grey daily and could handle that, but if anxiety has creeped lately, nope. My psychiatrist said no more caffeine until I’m in the clear It’s hard!!!
Ive stopped drinking coffee daily.a few years ago and now I drink it occassionally. Yes it is definitely not good to drink coffee when u have anxiety. I do miss that 3pm coffee break though.
I can not drink caffeine, period. Every time I try to I get the worst anxiety and I get very irritable, not to mention a bad stomach ache (especially with coffee) it’s unfortunate because when I need something to wake me up, caffeine just isn’t an option for me anymore, it’s better to just cut it out of your life especially if it doesn’t make you feel good.
