Hi my names Lyndsey, I’m new here. I suffer with anxiety disorder. As I am currently coming down from an anxiety attack. I worry alot

What do you worry about? I worry about health. Trying to get better.
Cognitive behavioral therapy helps me. Check out progressive muscle relaxation (download Pacifica - and go to the meditation section where it says Relax Your Muscles. Do it before bed, daily). CBT with a psychotherapist is essential.
I got an app for a week, too, called BetterHelp. I paid $45 to talk to a therapist via messaging and one video chat. My therapy is no BS and doesn’t feed into my health anxiety.
A good support system is essential. But pushing yourself is KEY. Meditate daily. Progressive relaxation daily. A good diet daily. Exercise daily (even a walk). Get the endorphins moving again.
I was prescribed Zoloft and lorazepam for my GAD, panic, and agoraphobia. I’m weaning off Zoloft. I hardly use the benzo. Medications help people. Mine just made me feel weird so it triggered more anxiety, ha!
