Weird sensation around heart

I have this weird sensation like my heart is under a lot of pressure. It feels blocked and strained. Not sure of it even is my heart or my brain. Everday ectopic beat ans 24/7 fluttering make it worse. Anyone else feel like this?

Yes I know how u feel I currently been feeling this since Monday been feeling out but I had heart testing done and said my heart is strong so I try and take deep breath and find I watch something funny to distract myself it’s definitely not easy trust me I almost wanted to go to er but I’m able to calm myself down a lot more then before always in er I hope u find a solution that works for u hang in there

i have irregular heart beat and stress and anxiety make it worse at times been tested several times and nothing shows up
