Numbness in hands and feet

Hi everyone,

I’ve been struggling with being very anxious the past month or so, in this time frame my feet and hands have been tingling. It does come and go but it’s an every day thing. My legs and arms also feel week sometimes. Is this “normal”?! I was terrified of a brain issue, but I had a clear CT scan a couple of weeks ago, so now I’m worried about MS. The symptoms last so long are freaking me out!! I also got really bad eye floaters but just went to the eye dr and she said everything is perfectly fine. I just have such a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that this is all due to anxiety. I can not calm down.

It's totally symptoms of anxiety. I get it too when my anxiety is up. Since you've been cleared by your doctors, rest assured it's anxiety.

You are not alone, I also get all sorts of sensations in my arms and legs. Sometimes my right foot is tingling then the whole leg is trembling inside. Another day left foot has pins and needles....it does not stop moving around as it pleases. It is annoying and scary at first but I started to ignore it and when I am calm and relaxed the feeling disappears.

Update: I went to the doctor yesterday because I was so weak and terrified and they said they seen no physical weakness, which is odd to me! But they ran bloodwork thinking maybe I’m vitamin b12 deficient or something along those lines. I guess we will see
