This was to me a miracle workbook. He explains everything about anxiety and give you techniques you can use even in front of other people without anyone knowing that YOU are panicking. I was in meds for 2.5 years. It was absolutely HORRIBLE. I couldn’t go out without being medicated. Klonopin/Clonazepan was the last thing I was taking. Using this work book saved my insane existence of feeling and suffering those terrible panic attacks. “I have not taken a pill for this for many years now”. Maybe some of you will benefit of this work book. It takes time and practice, but is totally possible for you to do. I got this from a psicologist I used to visit.
