Can't speak?

Anyone else when theres a stressful situation feel like they are at a loss of words or just not feel like speaking?

I often feel like not speaking, at least with those around me, when I'm upset or overwhelmed. I just don't have the energy to talk things out or whatever it may be.

Yes, like my thoughts fall out like a deck of cards on the ground, try to pick them up but they are all jumbled.
