Panic and Nausea

For about a week or so I've been having some anxiety/panic issues. Most of my anxiousness has passed. However, I'm waking up every morning feeling extremely panicky and to the point where I'm dry heaving in the toilet because I feel like I'm gonna vomit any second.

I hope this passes soon. Really soon.

Eh somewhat. I've only been on buspar for about 5 days now. It's just a waiting game right now since it takes a couple weeks to feel the effects of it.
