Worried about brain eating amoeba

Hello everyone, I was drinking from a water bottle yesterday and started to cough after the water went down the wrong way, which led to the water feeling like it went up through the back of my throat and into my sinuses. The water bottle was filled with cold drinking water from the municipal water supply, which is supposed to be treated. The water is still cold where I am, as we are just entering spring. My concern is contracting a brain eating amoeba. Should I be concerned?
