im feeling this right now too 😔 its been close to three months since my last major panic attack and since then ive been having constant heart palpitations. it gets me so anxious esp at night, which causes me to lose sleep
You've become sensitised to anxiety and you are aware of your heartbeat, this is normal for people with anxiety. I used to be like this constantly aware of my heart, thought I was dying, I thought I had heart failure, I went for a check up and my heart is fine. Get your heart checked and if everythingis ok accept this, and start desensitising by just accepting your anxiety, I know it's easier said then done, but a book by Claire weeks has really helped me, theres abit were she explains about the heart. You can listen to her book on youtube. She explains everything about anxiety, she's excellent!
This is the perfect answer. I suffer the same issues with anxiety/heart symptoms....and it's just further awareness of the heart doing what it's supposed to.
See a cardiologist to confirm that you are okay. Then believe the report. Sorry, you are worried about your heart.
I have been checked out by a cardiologist, and he says all is perfect. Just wish I could feel perfect.
