Hi All, I am on citalopram, levothyroxine, ever since I've been taking these tablets, I have had more and more ailments. I don't normally believe in tablets, so would I be wrong in telling my GP I want to cease taking them.?
Thanking You Robbyp

Levothyroxine is for life. It's not a drug, it's an essential hormone replacement in synthetic form.
Is your Hypothyroidism being monitored? Do you have your most recent Thyroid Function blood tests results to share? Are you sure you are on the correct dose?
Could the new ailments be side effects of Citalopram? Do you need it now that you are on Levothyroxine?
Do you have Hashimoto's Autoimmune Thyroiditis? Ever had any Antibodies tested?
Ever had the following nutrients levels tested because you may have some deficiencies that need treating (esp Vit D)
Vitamin D
B12
Folate
and Ferritin
