Terrible anxiety symptoms

Hi all, I’m really struggling on dealing with my anxiety symptoms. Lately a lot of people have been dying that either my family knows or I know and I’m just truest scared I’ll be next. I’m having chest pain, jaw pain, arm pain stomachache muscle twitches, difficulty swallowing, tingles everywhere. I just don’t know what to do anymore. This has been the worst 6 months of my life

These are all classic anxiety symptoms. If you haven't been checked by a doctor, do that, certainly. It will help to ease your mind. I've also been dealing with a bunch of death and it's gotten to me. My heart goes out to you about that. You're being introduced to your anxiety issues now, and believe it or not the trick is to make friends with them rather than run from them. It's counterintuitive, but it is healing.
