Heart again

So it’s back with a vengeance. Checking my pulse , can feel every little beat , missed beat , racing heart . So bloody aware of my chest big time .

I’m over obsessing about my heart rate thinking 88 bpm is too fast ? It’s driving me insane .

Oh hun you are not alone!!

I’m exactly the same.

I get skips,thuds and racing everyday.

I ended up calling an ambulance yesterday morning(read my post) as I was in such a bad way.

It’s horrible.i wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy x

Minnie87 yes I just read it and I hope your ok . Can I ask did you have any other symptoms with the racing heart ?

I just can’t stop obsessing over my heart atm . I did this over 12 months ago and thought I would never do it again .

On Friday night when I called the ambulance I had a racing heart and just felt awful.like impending doom.i was fast asleep and it woke me up.

I’m the same hun.any little twinge or skip and it’s all I think about all day.

I can’t imagine any other way now.

It’s exhausting isn’t it.i hope it will start to get better for you soon and you will recover from this cruel anxiety x
