Hi, i need advice. Im dealing with anxiety . I get anxiety when I take my meds or other meds. Plus sometimes I get negative thoughts in my head. Little things trigger my anxiety. Can anyone help me and give me advice

Sorry I don't have any advice really as I'm the same, so I dont take meds. Whats meds are you on?
This is what happens to me, it's like a catch 22. I can't advise you about the meds anxiety because I have never conquered it, but the negative thoughts trying sipping small sips of water as soon as they start or do a chant as they do in buddhism, both work to a certain extent
