Hi I’m back again. I’m tryna push my anxiety symptoms to the side and move on with my life. I found that when I’m distracted I get little to no symptoms. However when I just tried to workout I got so nervous that my heart was beating fast and I got a little pain in my hand, I just knew something was gonna happen. It’s like I can’t cope, idk if I should try to take things slow and pick up the workout intensity day by day.

I definitely feel like my symptoms go away or at least dissipate when I exercise too. If you’re getting nervous while working out right now, I’d try taking it slow or trying some yoga or something to calm you.
Yes, take it slow, don't expect too much of yourself or you feel overwhelmed before you start. Just walk or a bike ride or a few minutes of exercise and increase it a little every day. Even the great athletes started with much less then worked up. =) You can do it, and before you know it, you will be noticing you haven't been hyper focusing or worrying. =) What about an audio book to distract you while you work out? I find it helps to entertain my brain when I am doing something that leaves too much thinking time. =) Hope this helps.
ohhh how I hate this one.
At one time I worked out 6 days a week ............and now, I feel EXACTLY like you do when I try and get back to it.
WHAT's up that this one?
