Anyone get feeling of fullness in ears and random high pitch noise now an then ? also lightheadedness

Hi there. I have had this feeling of having water in your ears and wooshing noise. It does go.... it is anxiety symptom

Hi..I have palpitating tinnitus..it never goes away.

Its a nightmare..I pray you are not having this..its awful. Thats where you feel and hear your heart beating in your ears.
