How can you tell if chest tightness js heart related or muscle cramps?

I experience chest tightness and soreness alot along my shoulders too. If I move it it hurts. I have health anxiety and when I went in to the doctors, they said if you can push down and it hurts it's more muscular pain. Have any of you dealth with this? It's hard to overlook chest tightness and aches.

I too have health anxiety really bad I have a huge cancer phobia and heart related illnesses I too at the moment are panicking over my health especially my heart!!!! I keep getting a pain in my arm and yesterday I had a pain in my jaw so I googled it and hey presto heart attack symptoms so my head has been a oblivion ever since but I’m wondering if we do the symptoms to ourselves as we overthink and I proper over analyse everything health related...if I was you if your not sure get it checked even if it’s for peace of mind that’s where I’m going next week just to rule out anything

How do you stop those thoughts when you do get them? I noticed I think about it almost every hour once. It is so consuming I do not like it.
