I MESSED UP MY MEDS

I have really bad strep throat and the flu right now (yay me swollen tonsil and everything) and I was prescribed penicillin every 12 hours on an empty stomach. Today I took my medicine at 9:30 AM (or so) so i could take it again at 10 PM but my mom said I should take it now (At 7:30 PM) since I hadnt eaten dinner yet and i would still have an empty stomach. So I did. But now im kind of panicky, will i get sick from doing this? I was in so much pain from my tonsils that I wasnt thinking so I took tylenol and the penicillin and now I don't know if I'm ok.

You're fine plushie. Your mom suggested the right thing for you.

It is better taking your medication on an empty stomach with penicillin.

Tylenol w/your penicillin is fine. It should help bring down some of the

strep throat pain. Feel better soon. xx
