I’m in need of help as soon as okay so for 2 years I have had what doctors say is “anxiety” all started smoking weed then palpitations ever since then every day is a struggle I never have had a normal day since ever!!! So anyway had chest pains mostly and palpitations for about 1 year straight with abit of arm pain and back pain jaw pain all the “heart attack” symptoms and even when exercising feel dizzy sometimes unless it’s football? Do weights I can’t do or I feel dead light okay anyway had checks I had bloods ekgs the one where they rub jelly on you and have a look at my heart I’ve had long echo everything fine except for sinus arrhythmia and sinus tachycardia so ye quite normal now for the past 4 months had persistent dizziness I can’t explain that at all! I look at something close upon can’t focus when I walk can’t feel my legs feel really dizzy and off balance and feel like I’m wobbling and can’t stand up properly my eyesight ain’t been at its best went doctors gave me a mri for my brain and everything fine as that was 2 months ago and not heard nothing now my chest back arm pain are back now and breathlessness sometimes my arm chest and back hurt at the same time it has happene loads in the past but nothing ever happened how the hell am I still alive I should be dead???? Please help ASAP in need of answers thankyou so much

I've had palpitations before and was told they're benign pvcs. Since I've stopped worrying about them they've totally gone away . Rest assured If you've had your heart checked which you have there is nothing wrong with it at all it's the anxiety causing the extra adrenaline which causes all these symptoms .

It could be a number of things rolled into one, I had the exact same things and all the heart checks cane back ok in the end the pain down my arm and chest was fibromyalgia and the pain under my rib cage is costochondritis (inflammation) and if I drank any alcohol it made it all worse, so I don’t really bother anymore. Have you had your ears checked sounds soft but that could be making you dizzy if you have an inner ear problem which doesn’t always cause pain. Are you on anything for anxiety? Might be worth a try discussing it with your doc, hope this helps x
