Hey Jccray, I see that anxiety brings you here. I've had anxiety for a long time which

at one point turned into Agoraphobia for 5 years. I spent that time researching and finding out all I could about anxiety and it's "mind/body connection" It helps understanding why we feel this way and how we can overcome it. By sharing our

experiences with others on the forum, we may just get the answers we are looking for.

What seems to bring your anxiety into play? I can bet you that you are not alone
