Weird question but it’s got my anxiety up

So I was having sex yesterday and during my head started tingling and get pressure afterwards. It felt weird and has never happened before. Now I’m scared that it was a stroke or brain aneurysm or i have a brain tumor 🤦‍♀️

Ok just scared i can’t stop thinking about what could have caused it
