Exactly,I fell myself on boat😐

Rest easy knowing, yep, dizziness is absolutely a side effect of anxiety along with what seems to be an endless list which is why I think so many people aren't always given the proper origin diagnosis. Also, a lot of medications can cause this. Beta blockers, blood pressure medications, and several others can cause "orthostatic hypotension" which is a sudden decrease in your blood pressure upon standing. I had a really bad dizzy spell at work that lasted about 30 seconds the other day and just barely made it back to my desk with my eyes closed. I kept reminding myself this is normal. It went away. I think our vision and lighting quality can also have an impact on dizziness. I'm on a beta blocker for anxiety, have anxiety, and take several medications for anxiety....and work in a building (not exaggerating) that looks like a NASA command center. Several times if I'm looking so far across the dimly lit enormous rooom, I can feel a bit dizzy or overwhelmed. Is there any chance you have vertigo? Doubtful since it's anxiety sure seems to make itself be anything from the flu to a heart attack, but figured I'd ask if you didn't mind sharing.

I hope you're able to have some dizziness free moments because I can only imagine how frustrated you can get or are with this. I just try to stay remain standing up (keep the blood going, normalize that BP) and keep my eyes closed until I feel even keel enough. The medications definitely make me feel a woozy dizziness. It comes and goes. If you're on meds like that, it'll go into the benefits over side effects/risks box. Never hurts to revisit the meds list or have your doctor give you some peace of mind with a well check-up/labs. I'm really sorry to hear you're feeling this way but hope that it fades. Best wishes and thoughts while you're dealing with it.
