Do you like hip hop? This music artist and this song in particular helped me so much...

Logic has anxiety and talks about derealization in this song. Also talks a lot about it all in interviews (warning: more 4-letter words ). He's quite an inspiration. In interviews talks about how he still feels derealization at times but it doesn't bother him at all anymore.
