Can anyone relate?? Whenever I have a panic Arravk I feel very lightheaded and almost like I’m gonna pass out, I really have to concentrate and ground myself because I feel like I’m right in the verge of fainting

Yes I’ve had that before ! I went through a stage of suffering with panic attacks a few times a week but I started to control it better through breathing exercises etc !but it’s completely normal to feel light headed etc in that Sita

Absolutely! I think it is very common with panic attacks. I used to have “I’m gonna faint” feeling before. But when I learned more about it and how it works I know that it is all false and I’m not going to pass out. I had a mini panic attack just now on a freaking train station. My ears got blocked and I got this feeling I want to run run run (adrenaline) but I didn’t feel faint.

Also think of it this way, you would have passed out already if you panic attacks were causing you to lose conscious. And as Annab124 said breathing helps....

Hi this is because you are hyperventilating which causes the oxygen in your blood to fall and the carbon dioxide to increase. You need to learn some breathing exercises so have a look online. x
