Hello everyone I’m new here. I have social anxiety but recently I’ve been having paranoid thoughts that I’m being followed or watched whenever I go to public places where theres many people and I know I could be just thinking too much into other peoples behaviours and it’s not true but sometimes it seems so real that I’m being watched. Has anyone experienced something like this before?

hi yeah I got this for years after being attacked.i was paranoid anyone even standing behind me.it gradually did wear off but it took a long time.
