Ugh daily chest pain driving me insane

I’v been trying to manage my anxiety and being doing ok, like every few days I have a bit of peace. The last few days though my chest get pains every single day (this has been happening for 3 years) I almost called an ambulance last night but my husband calmed me down. I’m just after getting up out of bed and boom here comes the pain again. Other symptoms I can tolerate and accept but this one I can’t because it has the potential to be life threatening. I went to my GP last week and she said she would refer me for an echo to put my mind at ease. She did usual checks, pulse, blood pressure etc which were normal. I’v had ekgs, 24 hour holder, stress test before, all normal.

Why do I have chest pains? Why? It’s not costocondritis because it doesn’t hurt when I breath in. I also get jaw and left arm pain daily, they don’t scare me on their own, only when my chest is hurting too. It’s not tightness it’s actually pain, I’m not imagining it.

I really despair 🙁

GP did ekg which was normal but sent me to a&e as a precaution. They did chest X-ray and bloods, both normal. They said they would send me for 24 hour holter and stress test as an outpatient just to be sure. I feel fine now but I wish I knew what these chest pains were.
