I'm also obsessing over a blood clot. I had a cramp in my leg earlier and now shortness of breath. I thought maybe it was indigestion because that's normal for me but the liquid I drank to help doesn't seem to be working. I'm not sure what's going on and don't want to ignore what may be something serious.

Hi sounds like health anxiety to me I've had it almost 20 years and it literally consumes you dosnt it..if you are worried in anyway go get yourself checked out for peace of mind but if it's like mine I will get reassurance that I'm ok that I will obsess over something else worrying myself over nothing but when your mind convinces you that something is wrong your body reacts to it so that's when the anxiety kicks in its a vicious cycle..are you on and medication at all
