Bad mornings

As soon as I stood up out of bed this morning my heart rate shot up to 162... this is not unusual for me! Most mornings for the past year my heart rate has been doing this. I’m at my wits end with it! Everyone tells me I’m fine. I’m on 2.5 bisoprolol twice a day. All day long my heart rate is normal, with a few PVCs, but it only gets this high first thing in the morning. It doesn’t last too long usually.. maybe a couple minutes. Doctors say I’m just so anxious and stressed. But that’s a high heart rate, especially for the heart meds I’m on!

Dear💔 I hope you are doing well, hopefully someone specialist helps you. Thank God it doesn't last for the whole day just for couple of minutes, but I understand how uncomfortable that is and can change some life routine. I hope you get better.

i fully understand .. when i go to the doctor my BP shoots up and they usually ask me to lay down and get out the EKG machine. I am so over it. I explain that if you give me a few minutes and talk about the weather.. it will go down..
