I’m such a worrier I freak out over everything. I hate it I just want to be happy and not worry.

I was on lexapro but quit after I became pregnant. I recently have had bad anxiety because I went to dentist and I have a small infection in my wisdom tooth and I need to have it pulled out I’m not scared of pulling it out the anxiety of them telling me infection is eating me up .im so messed up right now over that I keep thinking worse things.

It is hard I'm like that I always thing the worst of everything. And I'm on setraline but since I've found out I've started to wean off it .did you just wean off the lepraxo or just stop?

I stopped at 4 weeks I just stopped it.

Im on prozac, most antidepressants are pregnancy safe there are no side effects or anything that can affect the baby

My daughter was and she took magnesium. It helped her a lot! Magnesium Malate is the best form. Also I take it and ginseng to calm the mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts. Hi! Iam also pregnant I’m 26 weeks and have been suffering so badly!!!! And like you I actually have a cavity in my wisdom tooth and needs to be pulled out I’m waiting till after the baby but I’m so scared of the cavity that might cause an infection. Are you on any antibiotic for the infection?

Yes I’m on antibiotics for it I’m supposed to get it out in January but I’m just freaked out. I have the worst health anxiety ever.

I hate it so much I’m supposed to be happy about my pregnancy and I feel so guilty that I’m not I’m so down all the time. Where are u from?

I’m from California, & I’m on no current meds I was on Celexa but it made me feel so weird due to all the hormonal changes etc... now I’m suffering from Insomnia I keep waking up at night with horrible Palpitations and Racing heart Beat which then takes me into a panic! I have to also get my wisdom tooth taken out due to a Cavity but as of right now no pain or nothing just waiting to give birth then have it pulled out. I’m due in March so it’s not that far long. Where are you from?

I’m from California also Northern California. Yea same with me I can’t sleep much at night so it’s hard to get anything done during the day. I have racing heart shortness of breath an my vision gets really weird like I can’t see clear I get worried so much it’s so awful I never expected to go through this in life
