Hey guys well when I was out today I had anixety attack felt like the whole world was coming down crashing on me. I had to sit in my car in wait for it to pass it was awful to have when out alone dizzyness fainting feeling hot etc. Anyone else have this that has got any thing that can help me x

Feeling low
Anxiety isn't easy, and the physical symptoms are very real. we've all been there and are still there. When we experience panic attacks we then feel that we've let ourselves down. We feel that because we allowed ourselves to be overcome with panic we've failed ourselves.
Unfortunately this is what anxiety and panic do. We can't allow ourselves to be consumed by it. Don't feel down. It's easier said then done. I'm going to PM a link for you to check out about anxiety. Apparently posting helpful links about anxiety support gets flagged.

Shorty89 I’m sorry you had an anxiety attack in your car alone. However, most people are afraid to even actually have a panic attack. So for you to sit and have one you should be proud of yourself. Meaning you can get through one and you come out on the other side. Yes you may feel a little skittish afterwards but you conquered having one while alone in your car. AND is passed. It will always pass remember that!!

I feel low at the minute too. The last four days my anxiety has been through the roof! I don’t know why. I do have a really bad headache and my throat doesn’t feel great so not sure if that’s making my anxiety worse.
I could feel myself having an attack shopping the other night but I took some deep breathes and the feeling went away but it’s still happening.
For the past four days I have had tingling in my face, tongue. Even my hands and legs feel a bit tingly to.
I feel nauseous a lot.
My head is absolutely killing me.
Anxiety really does suck!!x
That must have been hard! Take a moment to recite positive or encouraging quotes, call/text someone and deep breaths! Have better days!!!!
