Am I having a heart attack?

Hi I’m new to posting and I’ve had anxiety for about a year and for that year I’ve been laying in bed 24/7 and eating horribly like extremely horrible and I’ve been going through a diagnosis of scleroderma I’m an 18 year old female and the past few days I’ve been having an odd burning sensation in my chest and sharp pain in my chest and rib I had a low grade fever and an Extremely achey body and jaw and arm pain/elbow pain back pain and neck pain and heart burn and odd nauesa. I don’t feel like I’ve been having a panic attack the past few days I’ve been to the Er a few times for chest pain and every time my ekg was normal and then I went to a cardiologist and got an echocardiogram (just a normal one not a stressed one) and while I was getting it done the tech thought she saw something abnormal and ran out of the room and left me for 30 minutes but when the cardiologist came in the consensus was that she didn’t need to see me again that was maybe a month ago and I feel like I’ve never felt this type of chest pain should I go to the er again because I know how heart attacks effect women differently

Go get it checked, nobody on here can tell you what it is. While you are there ask could it bee a muscle related thing.

But get it checked by a doctor.

It's better to be safe. Get a second opinion from another specialist. You're are not limited to just one doctor or one opinion. The symptoms of anxiety are very similar to those of heart disease. This is why anxiety is so distressing. The physical symptoms is what continues the anxiety loop.

Clear yourself with the doctor for piece of mind. Move on and humbly except that anxiety is the culprit. From there you must find better management techniques to manage your anxiety.

Truth be told eating healthy and exercise being some of them. The health lifestyle you live is purely your choice, and you're grown enough to know better. But you should consider healthier options if you've been "eating bad."

The real truth so you know is anxiety itself doesn't cause early death but more so the complications that develope over time due To the stress hormone (cortisol) being released into the body. When the body is in constant distress it eventually starts to take it's toll.

This is why we are urged to focus on healthier lifestyle changes. So our bodies can withstand the abnormalities and we can live longer and happier. Do the opposite of that and you're looking at an unhealthy problematic life down the road. It all boils down to taking care of yourself better and alleviating symptoms to be more comfortable.

Didn't mean to ramble on. You're young so chances are you're ok. But think about your eating habits if you're worried, and consider a second opinion if need be.

Stay strong and don't let anxiety win.

Thank you very much for your response if everything does turn out okay I’m considering checking myself into inpatient because I don’t want anxiety to have a hold on me.

I have fibromyalgia and when I haven't got enough sleep I get the same symptoms. Usually a good nights rest helps, if I can turn my anxiety off lol.
