Worries me

Has anyone had a heart rate of 193 it scares me every time I think about it being that high when I went to the doctor

I did have a high h/r of 210 once but I was in the ER

One little Xanax brought the rate back down to Normal Sinus Rhythm ( 80bpm)

Go figure what fear does to us. xx

So true! And yes Xanax is very helpful; I rarely take one but it does sort of “re-set” my body/mind and brings me down to normal when my anxiety and fear seems out of control.
