Extremely Nervous

I have a group interview tomorrow and I am freaking out. It’s for a receptionist position that I applied for months ago and totally forgot about. I just got the invite today and the interview is tomorrow😩my mom and my friend have both experienced these kinds of interviews and say they aren’t bad but just the thought of it is making me anxious to the point I want to cry. I really want a job again because I quit my other job last month and I’m ready to start working again but speaking in front of a group of other people who want the same position that I’m interviewing for scares me. I know I’m probably just overthinking this too much which is why I want to push myself to go and try new things but at the same time I want to just let the job be and pass on the interview. Any shared experiences on group interviews is greatly appreciated!

I’ve never heard of a group interview. Just be your self and put in your mind that the people in front of you are your family members. So your not freaking out. I can tell you that everyone there feels the same way you feel. That’s a very strange way to interview someone. Good luck hold your chin up and fight for what you want the JOB.

I read a quote the other day that said something like “Instead of letting fear keep you from doing it, do it with fear.” I have repeated to myself a few times since “do it with fear”...Kuzuri-Love, do it with fear! Everyone else there is just as nervous as you! There aren’t any wrong answers! Go and be proud of yourself when you’re done! You can do this!!
