Pain in my chest and back

This pain has got me so scared! My first thought is lung cancer, I know that's probably not the case but it just freaks me out! It's been going on for months now but has gotten worse lately. It's my chest upper back, like my shoulder blades and arms. Mostly my left arm. I had an ekg several months ago and eve was fine. I'm sure it has to do with my anxiety. I am 40 years old and a light smoker. Now a keytruda commercial comes on (medicine for lung cancer) as I'm writing this post! SMH

Could it be your posture? I have bad posture and always get shoulder pains. Anxiety can also give you many different symptoms as well. Maybe you can see a chiropractor to see if that helps.

No but I do stand on concrete at work and sometimes in the same spot for a while. I'm a Restaraunt manager and I do alot of prepping. I also have big boob's lol so that could be making it worse.

I know what you mean and I feel your pain (about the boobs) lol. Yes, that can play a big part in your chest and back pain. Perhaps a bra with more support for your back can help and more comfortable shoes if you don't have them already.
