Can anxiety cause weird sensations in ur back and arms ? I’ve been getting pulse sensations in back or legs and arms and chest pain on and off

Hi. Im no doctor, but I often have weird sensations all over my body because of anxiety. But if youre not feeling good because of these sensations i would recommend going to the Dr’s. Try recognizing what sensations you feel and if youre feeling stressed at that moment and how often. Write them down, it helped me to recognize anxiety with something else.
