Feel very unhappy

I’m in the uk currently living with family that are all struggling with mental health problems and it’s rubbing off on me.. I feel super depressed and suicidal I work full time but on a zero hour contract so I can’t move out.. there’s no other jobs where I live and this depression is affecting me at work 😟

I was talking to someone that said I’d be more likely to be able to move out if I was unemployed and on benefits! I just feel like giving up and I know that’s not the right thing to do but At the same time I’m finding life to difficult

It must be so very difficult to deal with all the negativity. Try to remember that your family needs help and you may not be able to give them that help. This is not your fault. Accept and love them where they are, but you have to love yourself too.Maybe try to wrap yourself in all kinds of positive and upbeat things. Say positive things as much as possible, talk to positive people and do things that give you joy. If you can do exercise or take classes after work, it could be a healthy outlet. Hang in there .I will be praying for you.
