I don't feel anxeity like before but dizziness still exist...
Soo now what is the reason of my dizziness and off-balance ??
Actually yesterday I have started anti depression med. (Aldep-c) which makes me more dizzy....
What will I do...!!

Hi 👋 could it be related to your new medication ? When I first changed my meds I went really dizzy too !
Fast shallow breathing causes dizziness, I do it and don’t even realize it. Also if your dehydrated that will cause dizziness. Best wishes John
Stick to it until it kicks on. Needs a few weeks for that. You cannot recover balance in one day. It s a process. Just stay strong.
