Cycle of feelings

On thing I have noticed is that not only does the major anxiety feelings come and go but also the physical crap that we have that goes with it seems to have this cycle.

I mean I might have chest pains for 3 or 4 days on abs off and then nothing.... then maybe a head ache and then it goes and maybe pins and needles for a couple of days on and off..

But they don’t all come together, and if I am feeling one of them they tend to stay a few days with no other symptom

Maybe it's there because you're expecting it too. Anxiety + issues play some real big tricks on us and I prefer to just ignore it as long as I'm not in any serious pain. I can honestly talk my self into anything !! Duh !!
